Grades for graduate courses are usually entered directly in eMarks. For courses not listed in eMarks, please use the forms below. Grade submission form (scroll down) This form is a template and may be used by an instructor to submit an individual grade before the SGS grade submission deadline, if they cannot assign a grade on eMarks. Late Grade Submission or Grade Revision form (scroll down) – Late Grade Submission This form is to be used for submitting individual grades after the SGS grade submission deadline. Graduate units must provide an explanation when submitting a late grade to SGS. – Grade Revision A revised grade must be approved by both the graduate unit offering the course and by SGS. CUPE 3902 Unit 1 on strike – Latest updates
Monday, March 9, 2015 Message from the Undergraduate Coordinator Dear Students in the Undergraduate Programs in German, You are probably aware that we still do not know how long the Unit 1 strike will continue. Since graduate students play such a central role in the teaching activities of the German Department, we are particularly hard hit by the strike. It is above all the language courses (GER 100, 200 and 300) that are affected. In all of these courses, classes continue to be suspended. The University has decided to keep its programs running during the strike which means that you are expected to continue learning, even though you don’t have classroom instruction. For this reason, we are asking students in courses where classes have been suspended to work through the course material at home. In order to make this possible you will be receiving a schedule of exercises for the coming four weeks. Please complete these exercises and self-correct as instructed. You will have to read the relevant chapters in the course book carefully in order to complete the exercises. We have informed the graduate students in our department of this course of action.
