Grade submission form (scroll down) This form is a template and may be used by an instructor to submit an individual grade before the SGS grade submission deadline, if they cannot assign a grade on eMarks. Late Grade Submission or Grade Revision form (scroll down) – Late Grade Submission This form is to be used for submitting individual grades after the SGS grade submission deadline. Graduate units must provide an explanation when submitting a late grade to SGS. – Grade Revision A revised grade must be approved by both the graduate unit offering the course and by SGS.
