Dear undergraduate and graduate students of the German Department:

Join Tante Stefan for a live webinar on how to make Spätzle – delicious, easy-to-make German noodles. Instructions in a mix of German and English for all levels of German.

Friday, October 30th, 5pm ET

You will need:

  • 500g flour
  • Salt
  • 2-4 eggs
  • 375 ml water
  • Butter
  • Cheese and onions optional
  • A pot and salted water to cook the Spätzle
  • A slotted spoon of some sort
  • A small cutting board and a flat-edged knife
  • An oven-proof dish if you are going to melt cheese on top
