We are delighted to announce the 6th Annual DAAD GLTL Workshop which will be held online this year on Friday, December 18th. This conference is intended to promote the professional development of graduate student and early-career German language instructors through stimulating workshops on the practice and theory of second language pedagogy by expert practitioners and researchers in the field. This year there will be two workshops on enhancing student engagement in online language classes by our guest presenters, Haluk Tuncay, an educational technology consultant at McGill University’s Arts Multimedia Language Facilities and by Steffi Retzlaff, a learning and development experience designer and a consultant in the Educational Liaison department at the Goethe-Institute in Munich.
