Letters of invitation for Visiting Faculty

If you would like to invite faculty from abroad to the Department and received approval from the Chair, please ask the Visiting Faculty to send us the following

  • name as shown on passport
  • date of birth
  • country of birth
  • gender
  • country of residence
  • citizenship
  • passport number
  • CV
  • a letter confirming their funding during their stay in Canada
  • a letter from their home institution attesting to the fact that they will be retaining their position there to resume their duties after their return
