How to advertise a guest lecture

Please send your request to german.undergradadmin@utoronto.ca and include

  • the title
  • the guest’s name and home institution
  • the date, time, and place the lecture will take place
  • a picture of the person giving the talk, or alternatively a picture related to the topic (please check usage rights!)
  • a short bio in English (roughly 50-100 words)
  • A description of the lecture for the website post (no word limit)
  • A description of the lecture for the poster and IG post (2-3 sentences)
    * Please note that the shorter description may also be used for the website post. In that case, only one description needs to be provided.
