Lecture, April 1: John Zilcosky, “The Times in Which We Live: Freud’s The Uncanny, World War One, Trauma”

The German Studies Students’ Union presents a lecture by John Zilcosky, Professor of German & Comparative Literature at the University of Toronto. This lecture grew out of a chapter from his recent book Uncanny Encounters: Literature, Psychoanalysis, and the End of Alterity, published by Northwestern University Press.

The lecture will take place on April 1, 2016 at 3pm in the Library Room of the Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures, located on 50. St. Joseph Street, on the 3rd floor of Odette Hall.
