Guest lecture, September 23: Christina Lechtermann: Kâlogrenants Narration and the Skills of Story-Telling in Hartmanns Iwein

CHRISTINA LECHTERMANN is a Professor of Medieval German Literature at the Goethe University of Frankfurt. She holds a PhD from the Humboldt University of Berlin (2003) and was a Junior Professor of Medieval German Literature at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Her main research focus is on thirteenth- and fourteenth-century courtly literature, vernacular legends and Marian poetry as well as technical literature on early modern geometry.
